The stats that I am viewing on CCPulse reset every 30 minutes. I want to monitor the stats over an entire day and then come in the next day and start from scratch. How do I change the default settings so that the stats don’t refresh every 30 minutes but at the end of each day?
Your 30minute refresh is set by a timer, within the settings of the statistics in the CCPulse Workbook View. Review the settings for your actual statistics and you will find a Time Profile against each one yours are currently set at 30 minutes and the name for the Time Profile may reflect this, since it is locally configurable. To change this Time Profile, choose the “default” Time Profile, which resets the statistic at 00:00, each day. You will need to repeat this for each statistic in the CCPulse View and save them as you exit.
