Count no. Agents not ready with reason in URS

Hi,

I would like to count no. agents which are not ready with a specific reason in a specific group in URS. Is this possible, and how?

Hi,

Never tested something like this but I think it’s possible. You would need to define new statistic in IRD (copy of predefined stat “StatAgentsBudy”) with particular filter and use IRD function “SData” in the routing strategy to get number of agents.
