Copilot Wrap-Up Summary - Unexpected JSON Payload Error

{"error":"invalid_request","message":"JSON payload is not a valid array of objects"} - that’s what the POST to apply wrap-up is returning. We’ve got a wrap-up summary prompt configured in Copilot, triggering on the ‘call ended’ event, using a knowledge base article title as the input to the prompt. It should be a simple string substitution.

One gotcha here is the prompt template expects a single string, not an array, and the API expects a JSON array. The documentation (https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/v2/reference/wrapup) is…not helpful on this point, naturally. The prompt is set to pull the article.title attribute directly, which is a string.

It’s not a permissions issue - the agent has wrap-up privileges. It’s definitely how the prompt is being interpreted. The system’s trying to send a string as a JSON array, and the API is rightly rejecting it. Is anyone else running into this with dynamic wrap-up prompts?
