In 7.2 i used to be able to right click on a Group of Queue’s in the object pane, select Real-Time view for members, select a template, and in the tree pane of the View it would create i could see all the Virtual Queue’s that made up that Group of Q’s.
Now after the upgrade to 7.5 i can still select Real Time view but when the box comes up to select a template it is empty. Try as I might to create a Group of Q’s template nothing shows up in this box.
Any ideas what’s wrong/missing?

I’ve raised various SR’s for this version - it pretty much stinks, as an upgrade goes…

I read through most of release notes, which were not so numerous for CCP 7.5 but could not find anything that would mention this.
One thing that perked my curiosity:
“Disallowing users from monitoring agent activity restricts CCPulse+ from 1) creating any views that show agents, and 2) using the agent group to directly or indirectly request extended current status for any agent. There is no current design restriction against viewing Agent status. (ER# 79350578)”
I wonder if this would extend to other things as well?

7.5.001.04 [12/21/07] reputedly fixes the hidden templates issue (plus other nasties).
..and you’ve tested all of that - right Dave…?
