has someone a good link or something else, where the differences / news between Genesys’ Major Releases are described? I am looking for differences between 7.5 and 8.0. Searching Genesyslab was not successful yet…

If I recall, the Genesys Migration Guide (available on support site) details the changes with each application between versions.
thanks, good hint. i found something. it was only a hard thing to find because you have to take migration guide 7, where 7.6 and partly 8.0 is described…
