Quick question: how can I configure in Genesys multiple reason codes for Not ready status as:
- Coffee Break
- Lunch
- Others

Go to action codes in CME and create them, restart GAD and done.

The more I play with GAD the more I wonder why it was not there 8 years ago. It pretty much kills the whole CTI Toolbar industry, but it does allow for quick package rollout.
GAD comments anyone?
Nah…already discussed this like 2 years ago Vic…I will never recommend a browser solution against a server/client application when time response is vital for some call centers. GAD is too hard to manipulate and do stuff that we can do more easily with a SDK, call it ActiveX or Platform SDK. I will stick with my exes
