Can someone tell me where is the file size for a chat attachment controlled both for the Web Chat Client as well as Agent side?

Chat attachment? There is no such thing…
Well there is coz’ we are doing it currently, but I can’t remember where are the file sizes controlled from.
Maybe as custom solution from you, but not part of Genesys Chat solution. Therefore you will need to check your architecture to find out.
Or show me on documentation where is the “Attach” as a feature please.
