Change the default font Interaction Workspace (iWS)

Hello Genesys experts,

Has anyone tried changing the default font for outbound e-mails / Reply in Interaction Workspace?
I tried the wiki and could not find the parameter responsible. I see that now the outbound e-mails are sent with the default Segoe UI 9 and we want to change it by default to Arial 10.

You can choose from installed fonts - Font–Select one of your installed fonts from the Font drop-down list on email window. So, you have to read better the doc or you was not looking good for.

It’s not this that i am talking about. I am talking about the font that is used in sending e-mails by default. In the main time i have found out that we can set a parameter in the Annex of the Person (Agent) and it sets the favorite font for sending e-mails:

  • email.last-font-family : Arial, Tahoma etc
  • email.last-font-size: the size in Pixels.

For me, it is clear, you can close this topic.

It is not system level, only on person level.
