I am new to this forum. I manage genesis dialer for a domestic outbound set up based in India since past 2 yrs. Now I want to know about the certification process of the same. What all is required to get the certification so that I can become a certified genesis dialer manager.

It has basic information about what you need to study.
victor, you referred Inbound voice. I think he was asking for outbound

Well the Outbound is like 2 clicks away, if he can’t figure that out, better forget about any attempt to be close near to a Genesys or even worst a certification
