CCPulse and CCA not showing statistic about Virtual queue, Where can be the problem?
Lisences we have enough, object of virtual queues are created.
Check your Virtual Queue name is actually associated and in use on your Strategy it is possible that you may think you have added in a VQ, but it may actually be a Queue or Route Point you are using.
