Is it possible to have a total colum within a ccpulse template?
I cant see an obvious reason where you can do it.
Am I right in saying the only way would be to create a formula statistic comprimising of the objects?

Total Numbers (TotalNumberInboundCalls etc) and Total Times in different statuses are standard statistics, so you don’t need formula.
