Requirement :
In the standard queue view in CCPulse, I want to define a threshold on the Abandon statistic such that whenever there is a call abandoned in the queue, there should be sound generated.
Question:
How do I define a threshold in the Threshold Wizard such that whenever there is an increment in the Abandon statistic of the queue, the threshold returns ‘true’ and the Action is executed.
