CCPulse Threshold and Action

Hello,

Is it possible to apply an action to the actual wording of a statistic within the main view of the template i.e. for number of calls answered we apply an action which colors the figure depending on the result however keep the text box of Calls Answered as the standard grey.

I dont understand very well, you actually apply a reaction to the Stat CallsAnswered in your view that colors the value text box according to some threshold, correct? And now you want to remove that reaction? If so, right click, select Set threshold and then remove the existing threshold/reaction.

Hello,

I am asking if it is possible to color the stat name based on a threshold setting?

At the moment we use a threshold/action to color the number, however can the actual name have a threshold applied as well, within the main view?

Oh ok…well that one I don’t know…guys do you know maybe the object name in the CCPulse enviroment to refence the stat itself?
