Hi To all

    I like to be Know, Whether there is a OPtion of  sipendpoint to be highted in the CCPULSE in the Agent Productivity Report & TL view or Etc. and can b create a template in CCPulse.. ?

Attach the targeted agent’s station as a KVP in routing strategy as part of post target logic.Can then access the same as a custom stat in agent report view that you would pull in CCPulse.
