CCPulse+ Binary Data Files and CCPulse+ XML Data File

Hi forum;

I have the following problem, in my application CCPulse+ I have running a Binary template with no problems, but I need to monitor templates for chad services, email, cobrowser, etc.

Already modify the parameter “DefaultStorageType = Binary” with the following “DefaultStorageType = XML”, as mentioned in the manuals.

The problem is that having this last option with this value: “DefaultStorageType = XML”, I can not see the Binary templates if the templates are used in Binaries but I do not see their actions or their thresholds.

When you open the application, you select the “storage type” option in the open button, and I take the option “CCPulse + Binary Data Files”, and thus I can not see my binary templates.

What can be happening, can you please help me ???

In my view, For each storage type, We need to set the storage path for Templates,Actions,Thresholds,Workspaces.
If we need to have more than one storage type in the single CCP application. We can set Default_Storage_Type=Binary,Legacy,XML
And the respective storage path for all storage types should be given.
