Does anyone know if it is possible to generate an automated Email (or SMS) from CCPulse.
I want to send information to senior managers periodically during the day to notify them of daily performance. As I’m sure you all know, they will only look at something that is put right in front of them and are not always in a place where they can look at CCPulse

? If it’s a regular report you are after, you could use CCA>Hyperion and set up a Job to send the periodic results to them?
(Assuming you have both Hyperion (Brio) and the Broadcast Server installed…)

Hi,
I’m trying to do the same and we need to load email (outlook express) onto the server that CCPulse and SCI are on because we want emails from both. There is a script within the framework manual that needs to get loaded also for this to work.
I haven’t got to the end of this yet to tell you if it works…will update

Hi,
This script is just a sample script which allows you to send an simple email with body which you have to build. It does not send the whole ccpulse template with actual statistics. Honestly you would be better off to use Hyperion/Brio to distribute historical statistics via email. It is much easier to build and more robust.
