Hi, has anyone looked into backup for CCA and CCON?
Supposedly, you can have a hotstandby redundant CCA for 6.5 and warmstandby for CCon 6.1; however, has anyone actually done it?
Until today I think the only way to ensure a good redundancdy for CCON and CCA in 6.1 is to put the different processes under a cluster. I haven’t looked into CCA 6.5 yet, I didn’t even know Genesys had released it yet.
