Does anybody know how to implement calls prioties in queues realized on VTO ?
hat is wrong with using Priority command?
The only thing to note about Priority: in URS 6.x, it does not work for Agent or Place Groups.
The workaround is to do a SelectDN on the Agent or Place Group, set the priority, then queue the call to the list of Agents.
