…A Rough Guide for Call Concentrator.. with the SCDR, GCDR, EVREF, EVREFX, AREC and EVDATA Tables which provide an ODS of call data…? Really…? I thought the ICON>Infomart Guide was a bit forward-looking… lol

Seriously though - there is a Deployment Guide, a Getting Started Guide, a Master Index and a Reference Manual available on the Genesys Knowledge Base - is that not enough…?

Maybe you can think of some specific questions you want to ask, here…?

Unless anyone else wants a Rough Guide to Call Concentrator…?
