I would like to know how the Max wait time being calculated in CCpulse, I looked in CCpulse and stat server documentations but couldn’t find anything related. Can someone please point to the right documentations? Thanks
All you can find within available documentation for statserver component. What do you want to know exactly and what is your statistic configuration, especially the category option?
