Dooes anyone know if genesys provide business object templates for CCA reporting?
Like how hyperion contained canned report templates?

Business Objects? There are templates for OCS, Email, chat, Open Media, voice…all that CCA can report on

sometimes Genesys makes me feel like im losing my mind…

we have been building our own templates until now.. but thanks again

At the end is the best to build your own templates. I use the provided only as a sample on what can be done but will never meet customer and business requirements. At the end we finish building, as you, custom templates.
