Looking for advice on a timeout issue with SMS transcript exports. The job hangs at 40% completion for legal discovery batches. No 4xx errors appear in the audit trail. Just a generic 504 Gateway Timeout after 15 minutes. We are using the /api/v2/recording/bulk-export endpoint. The S3 bucket policy is confirmed valid. Is there a known limit on concurrent digital channel exports?
