The bulk export job initiated via the Analytics API for digital channel transcripts tagged with legal_hold=true remains in PENDING status for over 4 hours in Genesys Cloud 2024-02. The S3 bucket policy allows full access, and standard exports complete normally, but this specific metadata filter causes the job to hang without error logs in the audit trail. Need to know if the legal_hold tag breaks the query parser or if there is a known limitation on bulk jobs for compliance data in this release.
