Is it possible to force the POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/export job to output all recording metadata timestamps in UTC, regardless of the organization’s Europe/London setting?
“Timestamps are normalized to the organization’s configured timezone for legal compliance.”
The current local time output is causing issues with our automated chain of custody verification scripts. Need strict UTC for the S3 upload bucket.
