Trying to understand why the bulk export job fails immediately with a 400 error when including metadata for webchat channels. The request body validates correctly in the Swagger UI, but the API response returns InvalidFilterCriteria. The media_type filter is set to webchat. Is there a known limitation on metadata extraction for digital channels in this region?
