Operating in BYOC EU-West-1. Bulk Export API v2. Attempting to export MMS interactions for legal discovery. Standard media files export correctly to S3, but adding media_attachment_metadata to the request body triggers a 422 Unprocessable Entity.
Question:
Is media_attachment_metadata supported for MMS in the current API version? The documentation is sparse on digital channel metadata fields. Need to ensure chain of custody integrity for image files. Any known workarounds or schema updates expected?
