- Filter: media_attachment_url for SMS channels
My config is not working… The API returns 400 Bad Request with ‘Invalid filter: media_attachment_url is not a valid property for sms interactions’. We need this field for chain of custody in legal discovery requests. Is this a known limitation for messaging channels in this region?
