broadcast functionality in WDE

Hello All,

i have set up the broadcast functionality in WDE configuration option in GA as mentioned in below link .Do we need any customization ?. Can you please let me know how can i test this functionality using WFM ?

How to write this Protocol ?
Use the following protocol on your supervisor client configuration:

IWS_Message
IWS_Sender
IWS_MessageType
IWS_Subject
IWS_Priority
IWS_Date (RFC1123 pattern.)
IWS_Topic
IWS_CustomData

WDE is a broadcast receiver, not generator.
You need to create a Generator app based on documentation which states parameters to be used

WFM? You will need to develop something on it

Do you need to send this variables to some genesys client? Why not use send it like attached data ???

Broascast receiver, tserver events or what you mean?
Can you get deeper please ??
