Best place to start learning development?

I’d like to add development skills to my resume. WDE customisations, custom apps.

What’s the best path? .NET/C# then WPF then SDKs? Not a total coding newbie but my background is in older stuff - VB and COBOL(don’t laugh).

Are the .NET online tutorials out there useful?

Well yes and no
You need to know good net with WPF and then another thing is to understand Genesys SDK with its own level of difficulty
