Does anybody know how to get Average Speed of Answer statistic in CCPulse?
Can I build my own statistics in CCPulse using arithmetical operators and existing statistics? (then I would be able to define it as TotalAnswered/NumberAnswered.

For the average speed of answer, that would be the same as Average Dist. time which is a template option under queues for average time. Hope I am not way off key for your question.
