I am not clear about this but what actually replaced the brio/hyperion reports scheduler.
This (hyperion) went end of life in 2013 but not sure what the alternative is.

If there is a solution, what is it, license cost?

You would need to check with your current BI tool. Genesys now only provides interactive insights if you have Infomart.

AFAIR Genesys replaced Hyperion with Cristal Reports for Datamart purposes. But I’m not sure if it is still available for download.
