Automate WFM Forecasting...

Hi Genesys Professinals,

I test a Forecast in WFM.

WFM make forecasting data with the Universal Modeling Engine algorithm.
I want to automate this forecasting work because there are many activity and events to forecast.

I was checked WFM API Manuals, however, the WFM API was only for reading.
I think that the automation of the work is impossible.
Do not you automate it?

Hi oratan,

I have never seen it automated.

We always check the output before publishing it and in fact it is amended a few times before finally approved.

I would say it is more forecasting process than one-button-hit in our case. What is your experience?

Hi Peter,

Thank you for advice.
We use the daily rvolume data and want to always obtain the latest forecast data.
This does not really operate with an experimental thing.

My Customer tells me to do prediction precision than 90%.
Therefore I am trying it in various ways.
