I’m new to the forum, looks like a great resource. I am also relatively new to the development and scripting side of ccpulse.
I’ve search through the forum, and haven’t found tons that would help with what I want.
Within ccpulse, we have our QueueView. In this view, 4 queues.
I need a way to automatically export, every 300 seconds or so, that queue view as html. I will then need to apply css to the html file, but that is not the tough part.
The only values I need are Queue Names, Service Factor, and Current Number of waiting calls, all per queue. Also, color thresholds once SL gets below a certain amount.
I understand this needs to be done in VB. Can anyone direct me to perhaps a “how-to” or any other resource that might help make this a reality? Obviously, this is eventually going to be used for a wallboard.
