Audible alerts on CC Pulse

Hi all,

I want to have CC Pulse make an audible alarm when i have 1 or more calls queuing with a repeat every 30 seconds until answered. Can anyone advise on how to do this as i have no clue.

You must create a Action (WAV/AudioAlert) then associate with your Threshold.

simple as that, CCPulse have it.
