AttachedData tab in GAD to be Read Only

Hello,

Does anybody know how should be configured Attached Data tab from GAD, so the agents could only see the values for Attached Data fields and not to be able to modify or delete these values?

Hi Diana

You can disable the Attached data tab in customization and create/display new Tab with Read Only Attached data.
The is no way to make attached data read only by some option in GAD.
