Does anyone understand why the Architect flow throws a 403 Forbidden error when invoking the Script Action? We are migrating Zendesk macros to Genesys Cloud Agent Scripts. The mapping logic seems sound, but the API rejects the script ID.
- Verified the script ID exists and is published in the EU-West environment.
- Checked that the flow user role has the necessary permissions for script execution.
The Zendesk macro triggers perfectly, but the GC equivalent fails at runtime.
