Struggling to understand why the webhook.execute node in our digital channel flow consistently times out when creating ServiceNow incidents from WhatsApp messages. Using Genesys Cloud Release 2024-12 (v13.2). The payload is under 2KB, yet we hit this:
“Error 408: Request Timeout. The server timed out waiting for the client’s request.”
ServiceNow logs show no incoming request. Is there a specific header or timeout configuration required for outbound webhooks in this release?
