Looking for advice on integrating custom agent scripts via Architect Data Actions during shift handovers. The flow triggers successfully but fails to update the script context for agents joining late in the CDT timezone. We are using SDK 3.2.0 and getting a 504 Gateway Timeout when calling the WFM scheduling API. Is this a known limitation with bulk updates? How can we ensure script variables persist for agents swapping shifts mid-session?
