Trying to understand why our outbound dialing Architect flows in Genesys Cloud v2.0 are not honoring the retry configuration when encountering SIP 408 timeouts. We are managing 15 BYOC trunks in AP-Southeast-1. The carrier logs show successful retries, but the Cloud side marks the call as failed immediately. Is there a specific setting in the outbound campaign configuration that overrides the flow-level retry logic for these specific SIP errors?
