Can’t get this config to load properly when attempting to upload screen recording artifacts via Data Action to ServiceNow. The Genesys Cloud webhook triggers successfully, but the ServiceNow REST API returns a 403 Forbidden error at /api/now/attachment/file. The payload includes a valid OAuth2 bearer token, yet the MID server logs indicate a permission mismatch. Verified the integration user has the upload_attachment role. Any insights on required scopes?
