after google removed the cookies setting, we are unabe to see screen recording tab in chrome. How did you solve this?

I’m sorry, never had to solve anything with screen recording in Chrome. It just plays these mp4 files. What “cookies setting” you are talking about? Have you some errors in ULogger?

prior to last year chrome played recordings fine and one day the stopped ( due to chrome being updated by corporate)

below two settings were suggested to enable.
google removed the two settings now from chrome last year

  1. “SameSite by default cookies” - set to disabled

  2. Cookies without SameSite must be secure - set to disabled

due to this screen recording tab won’t appear in speech miiner (if you are using latest versioin of chrome)

Better open a ticket with Genesys, seems a core issue

I do not think it is related to the version of Chrome as I use the latest one and having no issues with screen playback. Do you have both (SM And screen) on https?

Maybe try to check messages in the developer console of browser? Sometimes it provides valuable information.

we opened a ticket, the are asking to implement https over all the environment.
which is something i am not interested.

Ahhhh then that is the real issue. By security you can’t mix http with https. No way to avoid that. You must implement https everywhere.
