I searched and read the posts; Thus far, I have I enabled the login table on the stat server. I believe DAP is set up correctly. How do I view the table in BRIO/Hyperion? I reviewed the tables and do not see anything that provides login time.
If you want to see StatServer tables from Biro/Hyperion, then your ODBC entry should point to the StatServer database. If your ODBC entry points to Data Mart DB, then you won’t see those tables there UNLESS you created StatServer tables within Data Mart DB
I currently see the ccanalyzer data in the tables I’m assuming the login table points to the ame DAP; I’m not sure though. I’m told there is a canned CCanalyzer report agent activity that tracks this info. Is that correct? If so, does someone have it?
LOL, yep read the stat server deployment and reference guide as well as read most of the posts on this subject. I’m an operations guy not an IT guy and just trying to resolve my problems without having to wait for It. And I do appreciate the help. Our consultant mentioned a canned report called “Agent Activity”; I never heard of it.
Have you run the script localized at StatServer installation folder into the DB that DAP is configured on? This will create the needed table so StatServer then can write into it. Also check DBServer logs for that DAP so you can see what it is doing
The LAS works a treat would highly recommend it, we were going to purchase it but were then told we may be moving to another system, so that put a stop to it.
