Analytics API 500 Error: Zendesk CSAT to GC Custom Metric Mapping

Is it possible to replicate the Zendesk CSAT reporting structure in Genesys Cloud without triggering a 500 Internal Server Error?

The migration script uses the Analytics API v2 to map Zendesk satisfaction scores to Genesys Cloud custom metrics. The endpoint POST /v2/analytics/conversations/details/query fails consistently.

Environment: Genesys Cloud Public Cloud (v2023-10-24). Error: 500 Internal Server Error. We are mapping Zendesk CSAT widget data directly.

Any advice on avoiding this server error during the Zendesk-to-GC migration?
