Analytics API 404 on Digital Channel Segment Reports

Anyone know why the GET /api/v2/analytics/interactions/queries endpoint returns a 404 when filtering by digital_channel? The standard voice interaction queries work fine with the same date range and group filters.

The request payload includes the correct segmentId for the chat channel, and the user has the required analytics:report:view permission. We are running this against the London region. The error suggests the segment is invalid, but it appears correctly in the UI. Any known limitations for digital channel analytics?

Make sure you swap out the segmentId for the specific interaction type, as Zendesk’s ticket categories don’t map directly to Genesys Cloud’s granular digital channel segments. The 404 usually means the query is looking for a voice segment ID in a chat context, so verify the segment matches the exact channel type in the UI.
