Ran into a weird issue today with the Agent Scripting widget.
- Flow: Standard voice queue entry.
- Widget: Set to ‘Show Script’.
- Error: Agent sees blank screen after 5 seconds.
- Console: No JS errors, but network tab shows a 408 timeout for the script fetch.
- Env: Genesys Cloud EU1, latest browser.
Does the script content size limit cause this latency? Need a workaround for long compliance scripts.
