Can’t get this config to load properly…
- Define a 30-second timeout in the Scripting block.
- Agent remains silent for 35 seconds.
- Flow does not trigger the fallback node.
The Performance Dashboard records the interaction as active, yet the Architect logs show a state mismatch. How should timeout thresholds be aligned with metric reporting in this region?
