stuck on getting the agent scripting api to return custom attributes for our ap-se-2 byoc trunks. endpoint /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/realtime throws 500 internal server error. sdk v2.14.0. sip reg is fine but the carrierId mapping in architect fails silently. tried clearing cache, re-adding trunk credentials, same result. anyone else seeing this with the new sdk update?
