Can anyone clarify why the Genesys Cloud Agent Scripting API returns a 400 Bad Request when pushing scripts mapped from Zendesk macros? The Zendesk side uses rich text, but GC expects specific JSON formatting for HTML content. The migration script fails to parse the macro body correctly, resulting in a malformed script structure.
