Error: 400 Bad Request - Invalid trunk_id format when calling /api/v2/analytics/icap/interactions/export.
Injecting custom SIP headers via Architect flow v8.4 fails to propagate to the ICAP payload for our 15 BYOC trunks. The trunk_id in the request matches the UUID in Genesys Cloud, but the analytics endpoint rejects it. Is there a known mismatch between the telephony provider UUID and the analytics reporting ID for BYOC trunks in Asia/Singapore?
