Could someone explain why Agent Script compliance metrics are absent from the Performance Dashboard?
Background
We enforce mandatory scripts via Architect flows in our EU-West BYOC tenant.
Issue
The ‘Script Adherence’ column shows null values despite agents completing the flow steps. Conversation Detail views confirm the script nodes were executed.
Troubleshooting
Verified the script configuration in the platform. No API errors logged. The metric works in US-East but fails here. Is there a regional configuration gap?
